Prenatal yoga

Congrats! This is an amazing and transformative time.  You're growing another person.  Inside your person.  It blows my mind every time. The number of miracles that occur to bring life and a new soul into this world never ceases to humble and amaze me.

Prenatal yoga gives you a chance to slow down, take in that miracle, bond with your unborn baby, nurture yourself, and prepare your physical, mental, and spiritual bodies for labor.

Since 2005, I've been a certified prenatal yoga instructor from Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health.  I am also an ICEA certified Birth Doula.  I guide a unique prenatal yoga series that involves prenatal Q&A and discussion, a 50-60 minute asana class with life coaching/journaling activities woven throughout or after the practice - usually lasting 75mins total.

We create community, connection, and space for you to be where you are in this process.

Our job as parents is to raise our consciousness not only about conception, pregnancy, delivery, and parenting, but also about our own lives.  Our duty is to give children what they need in life so that they will always remember who they are:

spiritual beings born to have a human existence.

Our bodies are the means by which we come to know and cherish our connection to the infinite.
